The Corporate Finance Team

How you do business really makes a difference. The client relationship is central to our

approach.

Every business depends on its people for success. With PM+M Corporate Finance you get:

Experience. Our senior team has advised on over £500 million of deals during their collective careers. We have spent the majority of our working lives advising the privately owned, family oriented business.

Expertise. All of our assignments are led by an experienced Director. We have all worked for top tier firms previously and benefited from their training and approach to best practice.

Empathy. We have worked in industry and done deals ourselves. We know what it is like to buy and sell businesses.
