Lesjöfors acquisition of European Springs and Pressings

Lesjöfors is a Swedish owned company and one of the world's leading manufacturers of standard and customised springs, wire and strip components. The company has operations in Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland, Germany, Latvia, Belgium, China and the UK. It serves a number of diverse international markets including the pharmaceutical, off shore, telecoms, motor and electronics industries.

PM+M has represented the UK businesses for a number of years and has been active in searching the market for suitable acquisition candidates. When European Springs and Pressings, a significant UK based manufacturer of springs, wire and strip components, was identified as a strong target, we were able to work closely with Lesjöfors to complete the deal in a short space of time.
