Water Street is a successful mixed "light side/heavy side" builders' merchant. Our client inherited the business from his father a number of years ago and had worked hard to grow turnover whilst maintaining industry leading margins.

When he decided to reap the benefits of his hard work, the owner asked PM+M to advise him on the sale of his business.
