Disposal of Performance Electrical

Performance Electrical is a successful contract electrical engineering business. It undertakes large scale installation contracts for public sector and blue chip corporate customers.

The existing owner had been preparing one of his fellow directors for a number of years to take over the business by means of a management buyout, and when the time came to complete this deal he turned to PM+M to advise him.
